15|12|2011 Dutch supermarkets commit to responsible aquaculture
On 15th December the Dutch Retail Association (CBL) announced that supermarkets in the Netherlands will strive to only sell farmed seafood that meet the ASC standards for responsible aquaculture (or equivalent) by 2016.

On Sunday 13 November, at 8.30 am, the Dutch television program 'World Business' (Wereldzaken) will pay attention to responsible farming of tilapia in Lake Toba, Indonesia.
11|11|2011 Dutch Seafood Guide 2011/2012 refers to responsibly farmed seafood
On Friday 11th November 2011, the North Sea Foundation and WWF Netherlands will launch their fifth edition of the Dutch Seafood Guide. This latest update of the guide refers to ASC certified Tilapia products, which will be in Dutch stores in the beginning of next year.
